For small businesses, Perkins emphasized the advantage of scalability. “The biggest advantage is leverage,” he said, explaining that teams can standardize onboarding and internal processes without adding extra overhead.

On engagement, he pointed to relevance as the key. Training works best when it directly connects to real job tasks, using short lessons and practical scenarios that employees can apply immediately.
