You’re So Fly: Tony Caldwell

We recently had the pleasure of hosting Tony Caldwell for our “You’re So Fly” speaker series at Flywheel—and his message truly resonated with our community.

Tony shared that his entrepreneurial journey began with a pivotal realization: he couldn’t do his best work—or fully step into what he was built to do—within a corporate environment. That moment pushed him to take a leap and build The 2326 Group.

When it comes to growth, Tony emphasized the importance of understanding your ideal client. His advice? Focus on what they want, not just what you want—because aligning your work with your audience is what drives real results.

Community also played a major role in Tony’s journey. He shared that the relationships he’s built at Flywheel have opened doors to opportunities he didn’t even know existed, reinforcing how valuable it is to be surrounded by like-minded individuals.

As Tony put it: “This place has been the incubator for a lot of good ideas.” He also encouraged members to lean in even more, saying, “If you’re not here all the time, you should be. If you are here, then you need to bring more people in like you.”
